A second attempt to demolish an abandoned 16-storey building in the Crimean city of Sevastopol failed, Friday. The derelict structure leaned at about a 20 degree angle and specialists were called in to dismantle it piece by piece. Sevastopol city authorities were forced to temporarily relocate around 100 people who live within a 100 metre (328 foot) radius of the structure.
